Event
Specifics
This is a four (4) game minimum.
Teams that do not make it into the Winners bracket are REQUIRED to play their
consolation game. Teams WILL be penalized $100.00 if they leave without playing
the consolation round. The $100.00 penalty will be enforced prior to the next
event a team is scheduled to participate in. Teams that do not
comply with this penalty will be banned from future
events.

REGISTRATION
Each team must submit a
registration form for this event.
you can register online, or
print the registration form out & mail it in along with your registration
fee. (payment guarantees participation) their team for the
event.
PROOF OF INSURANCE
Each team is REQUIRED to provide
PROPER proof of Team Insurance prior to participating in an event.
EVENT ROSTER
Each team is REQUIRED to submit an
EVENT Roster prior to the start of the event.
WAIVER RELEASE FORM
Each team is REQUIRED to submit the
Waiver Release Form prior to the start of their first game. Teams will not be
permitted to start play without the completion of this Waiver.
COPIES OF BIRTH
CERTIFICATES
Each team's coach MUST keep copies
of team players birth certificates with him at the games at all times and be
able to present them upon request.
CONSOLATION GAME PENALTY
Teams that
end up in the Consolation bracket are required to play their Consolation game.
Teams that opt out of their consolation game will be penalized
TENTATIVE SCHEDULES
will be posted
on the website several days prior to the start of the event. Tentative schedules
are subject to change if deemed necessary. Once a schedule becomes official
changes will only be made based on weather, loss of a field, or any unforeseen
situation that would require such.

mechanics.
